Dashboard
A Dashboard is basically and overview page. When you login you'll arrive at your dashboard, which shows timeinfo for your company. On top of that there are tracker dashboards and user dashboards. These give you an overview of the user's/tracker's tracked time.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the opening page of the secure backend of our tracking engine. It will give you an overview of the trackers you have worked on this week, as well as an overview of your team members that have worked this week and the trackers they have worked on.
User Dashboard
The user dashboard provides a quick and clean overview for a user. It shows the all time tracking the user did as well as a overview of his top projects.
Tracker Dashboard
The tracker's dashboard is very similar to the user's dashboard. There is however one big difference: a quick time add form. At the top of the tracker dashboard, you can easily and quickly register time.
Graphs & Reports
The graphical charts give you a historical timeline of tracked time. Using the filters you can easily generate your own custom graphs just the way you like them.
Tracker Graph
The tracker graph gives you a clear overview of what every user has done in a certain period.
User Graph
Similar to the tracker graph, the user graph gives you a historical overview.
Graph Filters
The filters allow you to easily create your own graphs. You can select a date range, type of graph, which trackers/users to show and much more.

Company Structure - Trackers
We use the word "Trackers" for all nodes/entities that can possibly exist within a company. A "Tracker" can be a Client/Project/Task/Department, and they can be nested too !
Tracker Tree
The tracker tree gives you an overview of all your trackers. With quick actions, you can easily add/modify your trackers and have a detailed view of any tracker or its users.
Tree: Quickadd
The trackers are arranged in a nested set. This way, they can be put in a tree view with parents, children and siblings. The Quickadd function allows you to easily add a sub-tracker to one of your existing trackers.
Organigram
The organigram page shows your company structure in a visual representation. The organigram can easily be converted to an image and downloaded.

The tracker page allows you to manage your project's details.
Timeblocks
Tabular View
The tabular view gives you an overview of your and your users' tracked time. With easy to use filters, you can customize the view as you please. The tabular view also allows you to export your data to an excel or csv file.
Daily Time Entry
With the daily time entry, you can manage your timeblocks for a certain day. You can also add free time blocks (a free timeblock has no start/stop, just a total).
Weekly Time Entry
With the weekly time entry, you can manage your blocks for a certain week. You can also add free timeblocks.
Site Clock
Using the site's clock is very easy to start/stop or quickly add some time.
Budgets, Rates & Timeblock rounding
Tracker: Time Settings
For every tracker you can set some tracking options. These include, hour rate, maximum budget, minimum length for timeblocks, rounding, ...
Budget Progress
A progress bar showing you the current usage of budget/hours left in a project/client.
Budget in Euro
This budget was assigned by value, displaying the progress of the resources already spent and remaining budget.
Assign hourly rates
Assign a user hourly rate in the "edit user" and "edit tracker" pages. To make it really easy a tracker also has a default rate for all current & new users.
Calendar
Our calendars give you a visual representation of the time tracked for a certain period. On the day and week views you can click any block to view details.
Calendar Day
The Calendar Day view gives you a visual summary of the day. You can switch between days using the date navigation on top. By clicking on a timeblock, you will get a popup window with details and a quick link to edit this block.
Calendar Week
The weekly view of the calendar gives you visual information about the tracked time for a certain week. You can easily switch between weeks with the date navigation. You can also view detailed information by clicking on one of your timeblocks.
Calendar Month
To get a monthly overview, you can check the calendar month view, where you can see everyone’s timeblocks for a certain month. You can easily switch between months with the navigation arrows on top.
Tracker Calendar
Just like a user calendar, a tracker can have a calendar. Every user will have a separate column per day and his own color.
Users, Roles & Permissions
Our user system lets you manage your users very easily. You can also assign different roles for different users. Depending on the role, they have more/less priviledges.
Profile: Timezone & Culture
To provide you with the best possible experience, you can set your time zone and country on your profile page. This makes sure you are tracking your time using your time zone. You can also choose different number and time format for visual purposes.
Profile: General
In this section, you add some personal info. This is only for internal use and only your users/employees can see this info.
Roles Overview
Every user can have one or multiple roles on each tracker. Depending on their role or the permissions they have over certain options, they can manage users, track their time for this tracker, have detailed overviews, etc.
User Roles
This page allows you to easily manage the roles for a certain user. Trackers have a similar page.
User List
The userlist is a list with your users, every user that has a role somewhere on a tracker you have a role on, is visible here. This list also contains some short cuts to the reporting/editing of a user.
Extras
Adobe Air Widget
This widget is made for the Adobe Air Platform and kan be used on Windows, MacOS and Linux. It will provide the user with an easy to use desktop widget, this allows a user to track time without having to browse to our site and login every time.
