Adding your employees.

We want to save you the trouble of going through the sign-up process for every employee, contractor or client.

Adding users to your TrackMyPeople account literally takes seconds. Simply go to the "add user" page, fill in some required details, and we will send the account information to the email you just filled in. It's as simple as that.

Inviting existing users.

To easily add an existing TrackMyPeople user account to your company structure, use the "invite user" page. Select the tracker(s) you want to invite the user to and we will take care of the rest. When the user logs in he or she can accept or decline the invite.

Users & Roles

Users can be linked to a tracker with a specific role. Depending on the role the user's permissions will vary. Different roles can be customer, puncher, employee, user, owner, project manager or client.

This way one user could be a "project manager" for one project and a "client" at the same time. No need to set-up different accounts. Power right at your fingertips!
