All you need to track your time is a thing we call "a tracker". Creating a new tracker takes just a minute, we just need to know the type, name & abbreviation of your "tracker".
A tracker can be a company, client, project, group, issue or task.
Each tracker can contain an unlimited depth of subtrackers. This way your client can have multiple projects, each project can contain multiple milestone, and each milestone can contain issues or tickets.

As the size of your company increases, it's harder to keep a clear overview of your company structure. That's why we integrated an "organigram" (organizational chart) and a "tracker tree" page.
Our organizational chart (sometimes referenced by "organigram") is a diagram that will show you the structure of your organization together with the relationships and relative rank of its parts.
The "Tracker Tree" is our way of representing the hierarchical structure of all your trackers in a graphical form.
It's named a "tree" because its classic representation resembles a tree with the "root" at the top and "the leaves" at the bottom.
