To provide you with a good overview of your cashflow and project budgets we need to know what you are charging for your services. That is where the "hourly rate" settings come in.
Start off by assigning hourly rates for trackers or for users individually. To make it easier you can assign default client rates and quickly modify users with a different rate.
Have we already told you our system is flexible ? On each project/client/company you can a different timeblock rounding strategy.
It's completely up to you to decide wether you want to bill/round this client with a minimum of 5 minutes? Or apply no rounding at all ?
