F.A.Q. - Users & Profile

I added a User but i don't see him anywhere.

The User is created, but he has no Role on any of your Trackers. You will need to invite him to your Trackers.

• Log in to TrackMyPeople
• Go to the dashboard
• In the right side navigation press "Invite a User"
• Enter the Username or E-mail Address of the User you've just created.
• Select one or more Trackers where you wish to add this User (note: you can only select Trackers where you can manage Users, "Owner" or "Manager" role)
• Select the Role for the new User
• Confirm

That's it, the only Thing left is for the User to accept your Invitation and you'll be able to see him in your Userlist.
