I added a User but i don't see him anywhere.

The User is created, but he has no Role on any of your Trackers. You will need to invite him to your Trackers.

 

How do I Create a User?

Register on the website for free by clicking the signup button in the footer.

 

How do I add a user?

Log in to the dashboard, go to Manage and select Users. Click the Create button to create a user. Or use the links on the dashboard to invite an existing user.

 

How do I Delete a User?

You can not delete a user. You can only remove him from a tracker if you have the right permissions. See Roles & Permissions for more details.

 

Can I have multiple users?

Yes, but you don't own users. Other users can join your trackers, but they can have trackers themselves.

 

How do I change my password?

Log in to the dashboard, go to Personal Profile or simply click your name on the top of the site and change your password.

 

Where can I set or change my user preferences?

Log in to the dashboard, go to Personal Profile or simply click your name on the top of the site and change your user preferences

 

How do I set my timezone?

Log in to the dashboard, go to Personal Profile or simply click your name on the top of the site and change you timezone.

 

How do I log in/out?

Click the login link located on the top right of the website to log in. To log out, click the log out link located either at the bottom right or top right of the website.

 

I forgot my password? What should I do?

Click the login link located on the top right of the website. There you can click on the forget your password button.

 

I forgot my username? What should I do?

Check the email you received when you registered on Track My People or reset your password which will send an e-mail containing your username.
