Why is there a now-checkbox when editing/creating timeblocks?

This can be used to edit more accurately, since there might be a difference between your clock and ours, and then there is the difference between entering the edit-page and submitting it.

For example, when creating a block the time will be set to "now", but by the time you'll click the save button, it's already a few seconds later. By checking the now-option, the time of submitting will be used instead of the time entered.
