You can easily create a subtracker via the manage menu. You would have to have the 'can create subtracker'-permission for the parent tracker. Watch the screencast!
Anyone can create trackers. But you can only create subtrackers for trackers where you have the 'can create subtracker'-permission. If you create a new tracker, you"ll have the owner role, which has this permission enabled.
Anyone with the 'can delete tracker'-permission can delete a tracker, BUT only if there are no unkickable roles, like (co-)owners, left.
Users with the 'can edit info'-permission can change a tracker's details. This does not include user roles. Note that the tracker's color is user-related.
