Admitted, we lacked the option to remove a user, because you do not own users, since they can have trackers of their own.
That’s why we, as suggested by jan.sequens (special thanks), added the option to delete a user from all your trackers resulting in the ‘removal’ of the user from your user overview.

Just click the dropdown at the bottom of the user list and select ‘Remove from all my trackers’ and click go.

Note that this will only delete roles you can delete. So only roles from trackers where you have the ‘canDoUserManagerment’-permission and only users that ‘allow kicking’ (so not owners for example) will be deleted.
Enjoy this new feature and keep the suggestions coming!
You already knew the user report, which used to give you a total chart at the top and a stacked chart at the bottom showing more details about the trackers.

And the tracker report, with again a chart with the total time tracked for that tracker at the top, and a stacked chart with the data splitted up per user.

We already changed the select boxes in a multi select, to give you more flexibility, but now we have added both select boxes on both reports, giving you full reporting options.

custom selection of users and trackers
Users who are owner of a company are able to create new users, which are automatically bounded to their company. The user will receive an email with all the information necesarry to use the timetracking service of TrackMyPeople.
Feel free to inform us which functions you would like to see integrated into TrackMyPeople.
We are improving and expanding on a daily basis. Today we are proud to inform you this new feature: invite your MSN Live Messenger friends to track their time for free, here at TrackMyPeople.
By providing your credentials, the system will fetch your online MSN Live Messenger addressbook and provide a listing including name and email. The next step is to select those contacts you would like to invite. After confirming your selection, the system will send out an invitation email. Expand your friendslist now !
We are proud to announce the 'export to excel' feature. From now on you can analyse your employees timesheets offline, just use the 'export to excel' button below the timesheet listing to receive an excel of your records.
Keep in mind that this features keeps the current filtering in account,
that means if you are looking at data of employee "John Doe" you will
receive an excel time sheet with records of this user only.
Please note the generated excel files are in open office format, that means you need Microsoft Office 2007+. I know i know, alot of you are using older versions of the office suite, that's why we will be adding support for older excel versions. But if you already want to open the current spreadsheets use a decent an office suite like openoffice, star office or Google Docs. It's totally free (unlike other office suites).
We'll be adding support for multiple cultures (format the date/time just you want it), adding formulas for totals and improve the layout in the upcoming days
